Welcome header
The job of the Pima County Attorney is to see that the laws of the State of Arizona are faithfully executed and enforced. As public prosecutors, we uphold the Constitution by serving the courts and you. We are your advocates. We represent the legal interests of the community as we prosecute violations of state laws that occur within Pima County and promote public safety. We serve as a driving force for many programs that work to reduce crime, protect innocent victims and enhance the quality of life in our community.

Though our primary responsibility is upholding the criminal laws of this state, we also give legal advice to the county, collect bad checks, promote rehabilitation for drug and alcohol abusers, assist crime victims, offer numerous crime prevention programs, including an anonymous tip hotline for reporting illegal activity (88-Crime), and act as the legal representatives for Pima County.

We hope you will find this site interesting and useful. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to let us know by emailing the webmaster at web@pcao.pima.gov.
