Our legal teams and staff work hard to get the best possible outcomes for victims and survivors of crime.

The Pima County Attorney’s Office honors the tribal nations who have served as caretakers of this land from time immemorial and respectfully acknowledge the ancestral homelands of the Tohono O’odham Nation and the multi-millennial presence of the Pascua Yaqui people within Pima County. The People’s office believes in the importance of strengthening our partnerships with local tribal communities, to ensure equity, justice, and transparency now and for future generations.

Civil Division

Provides legal counsel and representation to Pima County Departments and elected officials. Ensures county operations comply with the law and serve the public effectively.

Criminal Division

Prosecutes cases on behalf of the State of Arizona while working to hold offenders accountable, protecting public safety and pursuing justice for victims and the community.

Detective

Supports prosecutors by conducting investigations, locating witnesses, and assisting law enforcement agencies to strengthen criminal case prosecutions.

Victim Services

Provides support, resources, advocacy, and guidance to crime victims throughout the judicial process, while helping them understand their rights and access to available services.
