Report Misconduct by Federal Agents to the Pima County Attorney

Members of the public in Pima County should use this form to report (and include any links to video footage or photographic evidence) potentially unlawful activity in Pima County by federal agents or personnel, such as officers or agents of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Independent evidence, submitted directly to our office, could be critical for future independent investigations into alleged misconduct. Federal agents have broad authority to enforce federal laws, including federal immigration laws, but they must do so lawfully. Examples of potentially unlawful activity by federal law enforcement agents include use of excessive force, unlawful searches or arrests, wrongful detentions, interference with voting, or other civil-rights violations. If you witness or experience an emergency or a crime, you should contact local law enforcement or call 911. Use of this form is not meant to replace reporting emergencies or crimes in your area to local law enforcement. Providing your contact information allows us to confirm what you submit. We may wish to contact you for further information about your complaint. Your contact information will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. You may also submit this form anonymously.
