#JusticeinPimaCounty: Week 77
In the time leading up to today’s Supreme Court decision, Southern Arizona has taken significant action to reassure the community. The Tucson Police Department revised their general orders, the Sheriff announced his people are officers of public safety and not the abortion police, and I have reiterated that the Pima County Attorney’s Office will continue to do everything possible to keep our families safe and healthy. In a time of deep fear, Southern Arizona leaders are collaborating in the best of ways, once again demonstrating this is a place where we can all feel safe and welcome.
